In two steps, with published prices: a one-time setup — where we design the agent around your business, connect your channels, test it against real cases and train your team — from $12,900 MXN (~$695 USD) depending on the package, and a monthly maintenance fee from $9,900 MXN (~$535 USD) covering monitoring, adjustments when prices or hours change, support and continuous improvements. No lock-in: the service is month to month and you can cancel whenever you want with 15 days' notice. The Pro and Total packages are billed per location ($14,900 and $18,900 MXN a month each), and every location includes its own monthly allowance of conversations and voice minutes. Setup is a single payment per account — $12,900 Essential, $19,900 Pro, $34,900 Total — no matter how many locations you start with or add later: adding a location has no setup fee, only its monthly charge. Pro covers up to 5 locations; from the sixth on, your plan is Total. Ad budget is not included in any package: you pay for advertising directly from your own Meta or Google account — we do all the management (strategy, ad creative, optimization and reporting) with no markup on your spend. Customisations outside the packages (bespoke integrations, special development) are quoted separately. Prices are in Mexican pesos and are reviewed once a year (or if exchange rates move more than 15%), always with 30 days' notice — never mid-month and never by surprise.

And if your business is missing digital accounts, we create, configure and hand them over ready to use for $4,900 MXN each: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Google Maps (Business Profile), Google Ads, Mercado Libre, Amazon and others. If you later take an automation package, everything we've already built connects as-is — you never pay twice.
